Mrs Justice Priscilla Makanyara Chigumba (Chairperson)
Honourable Mrs. Justice Priscilla Makanyara Chigumba is a Judge by profession. She kick started her career as a Professional Assistant at Messrs. Gollop and Blank Legal Practitioners in 1994 to 2000. She was then appointed Assistant Company Secretary at PG Industries Zimbabwe Pvt Ltd in 2000 before becoming a Proprietor in 2000 to 2002 at PM Chigumba and Associates Legal Practitioners in Harare Zimbabwe
Mr Rodney Simukai Kiwa (Deputy Chairperson)
Commissioner Kiwa is an expert in Diplomacy, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. He is the current Deputy Chairperson of SADC Electoral Advisory Council (SEAC). Commissioner Kiwa has undertaken election observer missions in Eswatini, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi and Mozambique. He is also an Independent Consultant on Peace and Security.
Mr Jasper Mangwana (Commissioner)
Commissioner Mangwana is an expert in ICT with vast experience in network engineering, innovation, cyber security, policy and research. He is the current President of the Internet Society of Zimbabwe and a board member of the Zimbabwe Youth Council. He is also a Director at Zimbabwe Youth in Sustainable Development Goal.
